Nursing Pinning Ceremony

Congratulations to our newest School of Nursing graduates! Dean Deborah Little and our nursing faculty held the traditional pinning ceremony to mark this important milestone in our students’ professional lives. During the ceremony, a faculty member presents the nursing pin to the graduate as a mark of accomplishment. A candle-lighting and recitation of the nurse’s pledge follows to signify their commitment to the service of nursing. Our new nursing graduates were joined by friends and family members, who stayed for a lovely reception afterward. Congratulations to our School of Nursing grads as they begin their exciting careers!
