Kimani had the experience of a lifetime as one of the few culinary students who got a chance to study in the school’s eight-week  program in Italy.

While at Monroe, Chef Jorge was part of the culinary team which won the NY State Championship.

Chef David studied for three months in Italy, giving him the chance to experience Italian culture and cooking first-hand.

Monroe’s culinary classes are small and you are often working one-on-one with the professors.
